There is a coastal footnote for Silver Strand, Oxnard Shores and Mandalay Bay: closets in beach houses hold damp clothing and beach gear far more often than inland ones, so we favour sealed melamine or sealed plywood over anything with an exposed particle edge and pay attention to ventilation.
