Outdoor Kitchen Cabinets in Camarillo: What You Are Actually Buying
If you are planning outdoor kitchen cabinets in Camarillo, the single most useful thing to understand before you spend anything is that indoor cabinetry does not survive outdoors. Not painted plywood, not sealed hardwood, not marine varnish over a wood box. Sun, moisture cycling and, within a few miles of the water, salt will take it apart in a handful of seasons.
Camarillo Custom Cabinets builds outdoor cabinetry from materials chosen for the exposure rather than for the showroom: marine-grade polymer, which machines on the same equipment as wood, and stainless where the structure or the heat demands it. We are direct about scope. We build and install the cabinetry. We do not run gas lines, lay masonry or install appliances, and we coordinate those trades rather than pretending to self-perform them.
Financing is available on cabinet projects.
Most Ventura County cabinet jobs land between $8,000 and $55,000. We work with
third-party lenders offering deferred-interest and fixed monthly plans.

What Is Included
Marine-grade polymer cabinetry
High-density polyethylene with UV stabilisers, which is completely impervious to salt spray, does not absorb moisture, will not swell, warp or rot, and never needs sealing or refinishing. It is the default for coastal installations.
Stainless components where load or heat requires
Stainless is stronger than polymer and handles the heat immediately around a grill better. For structural runs carrying heavy stone, or cabinetry adjacent to a built-in grill, we specify stainless and coordinate its fabrication.
Grill and appliance surrounds
Cabinetry built around your specific grill, side burner, refrigerator or ice maker, to the manufacturer's stated cutout and clearance dimensions. We need the actual model numbers before we build.
Storage that works outdoors
Sealed drawers for tools and utensils, ventilated sections for anything stored damp, propane tank storage with the ventilation the tank requires, and lockable cabinets where the space is not secure.
Sink and plumbing-ready cabinetry
Sink base cabinetry built around the supply and drain positions your plumber sets, with the trap clearance planned rather than discovered.
Countertop support
The substructure to carry stone, concrete or tile outdoors, including overhang brackets for seating and the extra stiffness a long run needs.
