Pierpont is a different specification entirely. It is predominantly 1940 to 1969 construction, Pierpont Village dates to 1951, and the oceanfront blocks carry homes past $3 million, sitting close enough to the water that humidity never fully clears. Cabinetry there gets sealed on all six sides and hung on corrosion-resistant hardware. Up in Ondulando the houses sit on hillside lots with more room and more irregular geometry, where the constraint is the shape of the room rather than its size.
